★★☆☆☆

It didn’t meet my expectations for 1440p gaming, mainly because the experience wasn’t as smooth and straightforward as I expected for the price. I ran into issues that took time to troubleshoot—stutters in certain titles, inconsistent performance in a few games, and more heat/noise than I wanted without tweaking airflow and fan curves. When it works, it’s obviously powerful, but I expected a more effortless “plug in and enjoy” experience. It might be my specific setup, but for this much money I wanted zero headaches. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend it for a simple 1440p build.

★★★★★

Everything feels fast and stable for my AI workloads. Training and inference runs are noticeably quicker, and the extra headroom makes it easier to test larger models and settings without constantly hitting limits. What I appreciate most is stability—long runs complete reliably and I haven’t had crashes or weird driver issues. Thermals are manageable with good airflow, and performance is consistent even under sustained load. Expensive, yes, but it performs like a flagship should. For serious AI work on a single GPU, it’s been excellent.

★★★★☆

Great value for high-refresh gaming if you actually use the performance it offers. The smoothness is obvious—frame rates are extremely high, and even demanding games feel more consistent in heavy scenes. I’m giving 4 stars only because it’s not a “simple” purchase: you need enough case space, a strong power supply, and decent airflow to keep noise and temps under control. Once that’s sorted, it’s fantastic. If you’re building a high-end gaming rig and want maximum headroom, it’s easy to recommend.

★★★★☆

Happy with it for creative work—it does what it should and then some. GPU-accelerated effects are much faster, previews are smoother, and rendering/export times improved noticeably in my workflow. It also handles multitasking well, so the PC stays responsive while heavy tasks run. I’m holding back one star because it’s expensive and the benefit depends on your software and project sizes—some tasks see huge gains, others less so. Power and heat are also something to plan for in a workstation. Overall, it’s an excellent creative upgrade if you need the performance.

★★★☆☆

Decent for high-refresh gameplay, but it wasn’t a standout for me personally. It’s clearly powerful, but in the games I play the improvement over my previous setup wasn’t as dramatic as I expected—sometimes I felt more limited by the game engine or my CPU than the GPU. It also comes with extra considerations like size, power draw, and heat, which adds to the “cost” beyond the price tag. It’s not a bad card at all—just overkill if you’re not pushing very demanding settings or resolutions. If you want maximum headroom it’s great, but the value didn’t fully land for me.

★★★★☆

Good value for 1440p gaming in the sense that it makes everything effortless. High settings, high frame rates, and very consistent performance even in heavy scenes. It’s honestly more GPU than you need for 1440p, but the upside is you can crank visuals, use ray tracing more freely, and still keep things smooth. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s expensive and can feel like overkill at this resolution unless you’re chasing extremely high refresh or maximum eye candy. Still, it’s an incredible experience and easy to live with once installed properly.

★★★★★

Performance has been excellent for AI workloads. Iteration time is much faster, larger experiments are more feasible, and I’m spending less time waiting and more time testing. Stability has also been great—long sessions run without crashes and performance stays consistent under load. The extra VRAM headroom makes a big difference for what I’m doing, and the card feels like it has plenty of room to grow with future workloads. Power and cooling matter, but with a good setup it’s been fantastic. Very satisfied.

★★★★☆

Overall a great choice for 1440p gaming with only minor nitpicks. The performance is obviously massive—high settings feel effortless and frame rates stay very stable. My minor nitpicks are mainly practical: it’s physically large, it runs hot under load if your case airflow isn’t great, and it’s easy to feel like you’re paying for performance you don’t fully use at 1440p. But if you want maximum smoothness and headroom for future games (and heavy ray tracing), it’s excellent. I’m happy with it overall.

★★★★☆

Good value for creative work if you’re regularly doing demanding projects. It improved preview performance, reduced render times, and generally made my creative apps feel more fluid. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s a very expensive card and you need the rest of your system to keep up—fast storage, enough RAM, and good cooling—otherwise you won’t feel the full benefit. It’s also big and power-hungry, so build planning matters. But for heavy creative workloads, it’s a strong and reliable upgrade.

★★★★☆

Overall a great card for smooth high-refresh gameplay, with only minor nitpicks. Performance is incredible and frame pacing is very consistent, even in demanding games. My nitpicks are mostly practical: the card is large, uses a lot of power, and needs good airflow to stay quiet. It also can be “too much” if you’re not playing at high settings or using ray tracing—sometimes you feel limited by the CPU or game engine instead. Still, the actual gaming experience is top-tier once everything is set up properly. Strong recommendation with sensible expectations.

Chantelle Duffin

★★★★☆

Fantastic for high-refresh gaming overall. Everything feels smooth and responsive, and I can push settings high without worrying about sudden dips. The minor drawbacks are the usual: it’s expensive, runs hot under heavy load without good airflow, and you need a strong PSU and a roomy case. Once installed, it’s been stable and hassle-free. I’m giving 4 stars simply because it’s hard to call anything “value” at this price, but the performance is undeniable.

★★★★★

Everything feels fast and stable for AI workloads. Training and inference runs are quick, performance is consistent, and the extra headroom makes it easier to experiment without constantly bumping into limits. I’ve run long sessions and it stays stable the whole time—no crashes, no strange errors. Cooling matters, but with good airflow it stays under control. It’s expensive, but it delivers exactly what you’d expect from a flagship GPU. Very happy with it.

★☆☆☆☆

Bad experience overall and I wouldn’t recommend it. I had persistent issues that made high-refresh gaming frustrating—stuttering, instability, and inconsistent behavior that I couldn’t fully fix despite trying drivers and troubleshooting. It also ran hotter and louder than expected in my case, which made the whole upgrade feel stressful rather than exciting. For something this expensive, I expected reliability and a smooth experience without hours of tweaking. Maybe I was unlucky, but I can only rate what I experienced. Very disappointed.

★★★★★

Excellent for AI workloads. The performance jump is huge, and it’s made training and experimentation much faster and more enjoyable. The extra VRAM headroom is a big part of the value for me—fewer compromises and fewer memory errors compared to smaller cards. Stability has been great during long runs, and thermals are manageable with a well-ventilated case. It’s expensive, but if you need top-tier single-GPU AI performance, it delivers. Very satisfied.

Lisa Rhodes

★★★★☆

Overall a great choice for creative work with a few minor nitpicks. It speeds up GPU-heavy effects and makes large projects feel smoother, especially when working with high-resolution assets. Export times improved and the system stays more responsive while rendering. The downsides are mostly practical: high power draw, more heat, and the need for good airflow to keep noise reasonable. Also, not every creative task benefits equally depending on software. Still, for demanding creative workloads it’s an excellent card.

Tadas Stankevičius

★★☆☆☆

Not great for my AI workloads, mostly because I ran into limitations that made it less useful than I expected. Some of what I wanted to do was bottlenecked elsewhere (software/CPU/RAM), and in practice I didn’t see consistent gains for the time and money invested. I also had to deal with heat and power considerations during long runs, which made the setup more annoying than I wanted. The card is powerful, but the overall experience didn’t match my expectations for AI specifically. If AI is your main use, I’d compare carefully with alternatives that better match your workflow.

Lucy-Monique Potier

★★★★☆

Good value for 1440p gaming if you’re chasing maximum smoothness and want years of headroom. It runs everything effortlessly and stays very consistent in demanding scenes. The reason it’s not 5 stars is that it can be overkill at 1440p unless you’re also using heavy ray tracing or a very high refresh monitor. It’s also a big, power-hungry card that needs a good PSU and airflow. But in terms of pure experience, it’s excellent and I’d recommend it if the budget allows.

Žemyna Poška

★★★★★

Performance has been excellent for creative work. It noticeably improved preview smoothness, accelerated effects, and reduced render/export times in my workflow. It also made the whole system feel more responsive when multitasking with large projects open. Stability has been flawless during long sessions and I haven’t had any driver issues. Cooling and noise are manageable with a well-planned case setup. For demanding creative work, it’s been outstanding.

Sıla Tuğrulhan Korutürk

★★★★★

Excellent for creative workloads. Everything feels faster—previews, GPU effects, exports—and the workflow is much smoother with large projects. I also appreciate how stable it’s been; long sessions run without crashes or strange glitches. The performance headroom makes it easier to work without constantly optimizing just to keep things running smoothly. It’s a big, power-hungry card, but with proper cooling it behaves well. Very happy with the upgrade.

Daniel Ene

★★★★★

Super smooth high-refresh gaming—no complaints. Frame rates are extremely high and consistent, and even demanding games feel stable in busy scenes. The system stays responsive with background apps running, and I haven’t had any crashes or driver issues. Temps are manageable with good airflow and the card doesn’t get excessively loud in my case. It’s expensive, but the gaming experience is truly top-tier. If you want the best smoothness and headroom, it delivers.

★★★★★

Picked up the RTX 4090 recently and it’s been a monster for high-refresh gaming. Competitive titles run at extremely high FPS with very consistent frame pacing, and even heavier games feel smoother than anything I’ve used before. What impressed me most is how effortless it feels—no constant tweaking, no worrying about dips when things get busy on screen. It’s also been completely stable with long sessions and background apps running. Power and size are real considerations (it’s a big card and needs solid airflow), but once installed properly it’s pure top-tier performance.

Λαζαρία Κουτσοβίδου

★★★★★

After upgrading, gameplay is incredibly smooth—no complaints. Everything feels responsive and stable, especially in fast-paced games where input latency and frame consistency matter. I can push high settings and still keep a very high frame rate without the stutters I used to get. It’s also been reliable: no crashes, no driver weirdness, just consistent performance every time I sit down to play. It does run warm if your case airflow isn’t great, but with a good setup it’s amazing. If you want the “no compromises” high-refresh experience, this is it.

Marie Lindén Engberg

★★★★☆

For AI workloads, the RTX 4090 has been strong value in the sense that it delivers serious performance without stepping into workstation-only pricing. The VRAM capacity and speed make experimentation and larger jobs much more comfortable, and I’ve seen clear improvements in iteration time compared to my previous GPU. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s still expensive and not every workload scales perfectly—sometimes you hit software limits or diminishing returns. Power draw is also something to plan for if you’re running long sessions. Overall though, if you need a powerful single-GPU AI setup, it’s a great option.

Bernardo Segni

★★★☆☆

It’s definitely fast for AI, but I expected a bigger real-world jump for the money. Some workloads improved a lot, while others didn’t scale as much as I thought, and I still ran into bottlenecks outside the GPU (CPU/RAM/storage, or software overhead). The card itself is powerful, but the “wow” factor wasn’t consistent across everything I tried. It also runs hot and uses a lot of power under sustained load, so cooling and a strong PSU matter. Solid performance, just not as transformative as I hoped for my specific use case.
