Manufacturer Warranty

All products include original manufacturer warranty. Coverage depends on category:

Smartphones 12 months

Laptops & Computers 12–24 months

CPU & GPU 24 months

Other 12 months

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage from drops, water, or misuse is not covered.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we make returns simple.

Return most items within 30 days for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened software, digital products, final sale items, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned.
